As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a major in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, Heather has been the leading force in the success of countless organizations across Wisconsin. Aside from her responsibilities as Director of Communications for Wisconsin Association Management, Heather is a member and occasional class instructor for Cream City Calligraphers and served on its Board for 3 consecutive years as the Newsletter Chair. Heather also designs greeting cards using her skills with rubber stamps and paper arts.

Heather will create a more professional image for your newsletters, flyers, brochures, and other publications. Her attention to every detail and ability to translate a Committee or Board’s ideas into a reality will make her an invaluable asset to your organization.
