From handling the smallest board meeting to the largest trade show, WAM, LLC will handle all facets of the event planning process beginning with the design of promotional brochures, seeking sponsorships and trade show exhibitors, and ensuring that attendance goals are met to both cover costs and to generate a profit for the organization. Through its affiliations with the other organizations it manages, WAM, LLC is able to obtain volume vendor and venue discounts to minimize the cost of your events.

Whether it is an annual conference or a monthly program, each and every trade show event will be well executed for the benefit of each member and the entire organization. More importantly, these programs will be replicated and improved upon each year, as the staff is able to evaluate the event and make recommendations for change to the appropriate committee for next year’s event.
