Your organization will benefit from Christopher Ruditys’s fifteen years of association management experience. He started out as the lobbyist for the Milwaukee Board of REALTORS® in September of 1991 and worked with the commercial investment committee of the Milwaukee Board of REALTORS®. In the process of working with the commercial investment committee, he moved rapidly to form the Commercial Association of REALTORS® (formerly the Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Association of REALTORS®).

Christopher is highly respected in the commercial real estate and investment community.  In 2004, he began teaching as an instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC).  His course, Introduction to Property Management, is a mandatory class that students must fulfill to obtain their associates degree in real estate.  In the future, Chris may bring new courses to MATC, including Principles of Commercial Real Estate.

Christopher has proven to be an excellent lobbyist, with key political connections throughout the State of Wisconsin to advance the goals or directives of the organizations he manages. He was named in the “40 under 40” article in the Business Journal two years ago. Christopher is also the primary solicitor of funds for the associations managed by WAM. Ranging from advertising in a newsletter, sponsorship of a golf event or a targeted fundraising campaign, Christopher will significantly boost the vital additional funding component of your organization. His entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of Wisconsin Association Management, forming an association management team of 4 talented individuals in the field of association management.

In addition, he recently purchased Robbins and Lloyd Career Training Institute.
