Jennie Macaluso-Ruditys , Director of Business Operations

Jennie has a wealth of real estate experience starting in 1988 with Trammell Crow's Milwaukee Commercial Division.  Most recently, she served as Partner and President of Mandel Property Services, Inc., the property and asset management arm of Mandel Group, Inc.  Mandel Group, Inc. is the prior Trammell Crow Milwaukee Residential Division.  With both commercial and residential real estate combined, she has over 20 years of experience.  Her degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and she is a Wisconsin Licensed Real Estate Broker. 

She respectfully served as the 2004 Co-chair of the WCREW Programming Committee and was Vice President and an organizing member of the Wisconsin Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).  She currently serves as Executive Director for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM-Milwaukee Chapter 13) and BOMA-WI (Building Owner's and Manager's Association of Wisconsin).   She is the Director of Business Operations for Robbins & Lloyd Career Training Institute and is approved by the State of Wisconsin to teach real estate pre-licensing, continuing education, and broker's classes.  Jennie is a proven leader and will work hard to implement strategies to grow your association, reduce expenses and increase revenue.
