The Wisconsin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute was formerly managed by one staff-person operating out of a home. The organization was viewed by many in the Wisconsin and nation-wide appraisal and real estate community as a nickel and dime operation, rather than a respectable statewide Institute.

Success:
Since the staff of Wisconsin Association Management, LLC assumed management responsibilities of the Appraisal Institute, the organization has seen a dramatic improvement in its image. The staff worked to build on the educational courses it offered to its members and in return, was able to generate additional profits. The staff also recommended that the Appraisal Institute develop a website for its current and prospective membership. Today, the Appraisal Institute is highly regarded as the organization for professional commercial appraisers in the State of Wisconsin.
