About:
AFE is the largest, dedicated network in the facility, maintenance, and plant operations professions. Its members advance the field and their careers using the most complete range of technical information, education, best practices, and sharing of common professional experience.

Problem:
After managing itself for 48 years, AFE Milwaukee Chapter 12 recognized it was having problems recruiting volunteers to arrange and staff events, member recruitment, and difficulties with the daily administration of the organization.

Success:
The AFE Milwaukee Chapter 12 membership has seen a “dramatic increase in the quality of [their] announcements”, events, and an overall satisfaction for the additional services now provided to the membership. In addition, the membership has a large increase in communication and perceived value of the organization with the implementation of a WAM-published newsletter.
